Boedecker Cellars Chehalem Mountain Chardonnay
This Chardonnay rested in neutral oak barrels for two years, followed by another 16 months of bottle conditioning. The result is a gorgeous Chardonnay with aromas of nectarines, lemon verbena and poached pears with cinnamon. Medium-bodied, with enough acidity to handle rich apricot jam, toasted almond and coriander flavors.
