Ca' Del Baio Barbera d'Alba "Paolina" DOCG

This fresh and pleasant wine is born from the assembly of grapes from different vineyards, supported by the characteristic acidity of Barbera, while maintaining a nice softness in the mouth. An excellent companion to the tastiest Piedmontese cuisine, from mixed boiled meats to “bagna caoda” of anchovies and garlic, it is appreciated throughout the world together with cooked and raw cured meats, stewed meats and medium-aged full-fat cheeses.

Color deep ruby red with purplish highlights; nose vinous and intensely fruity, with nice hints of red currants and raspberries; taste fresh and vibrant on the mouth, showing a long, rich, smooth flavor. Serving temperature: 17°C
