Ca' Del Baio Barbaresco DOCG "Vallegrande"
Our most traditional Barbaresco is born from the vineyards surrounding the company, matured, as in the past, exclusively in large barrels. It best expresses the elegance of the wine without showing the muscles of the Nebbiolo. It is easily suited to roasted or terrine meats, to mature cheeses or cooked in “fondue”, to meat and vegetable soups. Serving temperature: 18°C
Color garnet red; nose intense, with powerful fruit, dried flowers and underbrush; taste dry, smooth and rounded, ending in a warm finish with nicely-balanced tannins.
