Champagne Jacquesson, Cuvee N° 747 Extra-Brut

The winter was mild and dry, the spring marked by three major episodes of frost with damage mainly to the Chardonnays and so in the end a dominant pinot on this vintage. Summer is dry with heatwaves causing scalding. Harvest from September 12 to 22, of exceptional quality with very moderate yields. The wines are structured, balanced, long and complex. Viticulture respectful of the soil and the plant in the service of plot diversity.
