Domaine du Tunnel
In the heart of the Saint-Péray Vineyards, Stéphane converted a 150 meter long stone tunnel into a breeding cellar. The reds are matured there for 14 months, while the whites benefit from 8 to 10 months of aging. 12 hectares of vines are cultivated in the appellations of Cornas, Saint-Péray, Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and Vin de France in red and rosé. Each bottle tells the story of its terroir and the know-how of its winemaker, Stéphane.
