Domaine Francois Villard, Condrieu "Les Terrasses du Palat"

Aged 11 months in barrels on the lees without racking (15% new barrels) and another 7 months in stainless steel vats. Fruity notes in a subtle blend of pear, apricot and honey. A nice balance between freshness and roundness. Pairs well with chang-hay sautéed prawns, stuffed turkey, and apricot tart.
