The palate is well balanced with a steely entry. Cohesive and mineral-driven, there is impressive weight and volume, wonderful persistence on the lightly spiced finish. Excellent. The palate is well-balanced with lime and Granny Smiths on the entry, the foudres imparting underlying sweetness, candied orange peel and apricot towards the pretty finish.
