The ripest nose of the three wines, with 13 percent natural alcohol. A perfumed nose, almost like Chassagne-Montrachet – buttery butterscotch fruit and surely some botrytis here, some think. Juicy fruit, very mouthfilling and super thick, like jelly and marmalade with a bit of white pepper on the finish.

Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy 2022	90-92 Vinous The 2022 Chablis Beauroy 1er Cru has an intense oyster shell-tinged bouquet, conveying plenty of energy. The palate is well-balanced, with a dash of white pepper on the entry. More broad-shouldered than the 2021, with fine depth and quite fiery and peppery on the finish.
