Fairfax Wine Company Pinot Noir
A selection of grapes from the cool coastal regions of California. Cool growing vineyards on the North Coast (Mendocino and Sonoma) are close enough to the ocean to be cooled by Pacific breezes yet protected from the full wrath of its winds. In the Central Coast (Monterey), ocean and fog influenced coastal vineyards producing wines with crisp acidity and fine varietal character. And finally, a dip into Carneros brought well balanced and restrained richness for plush weight and deep fruit.
