GranBazan Albarino "Ambar"

Our emblem. Made only with flower musts: Vines over 35 years old harvested by hand. Careful selection of fruit from the vineyard. Gentle destemming and maceration at low temperature. Separation of must by gravity. Controlled fermentation at low temperature and minimum rest on fine lees for 8 months.

Tasting note: Light yellow-gold. Ripe pear and melon on the fragrant, floral-accented nose. Fleshy and smooth on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, offering energetic orchard fruit flavors and a hint of lemon zest. Closes on a spicy note, with dusty minerals adding grip and cut. Shows a suave blend of richness and vivacity, which will make this wine very flexible at the table.
