Imperial, Gran Reserva Rioja Red

Grapes from from oldest bush-trained vines, and the best Rioja Alta region vineyards packed in shallow trays and placed in the cool room to chill before crushing. Fermentation in large oak vats. Aging 24 months in new and second passage barrels (60% French, 40% American), then a further 36 months in bottle.
