Aged for 15 years in selected American oak barrels that have contained Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez for many years. Thus we get a strong profile of these wines with intense flavors of nuts and smoked woods Oloroso and aromas of floral and citrus Pedro Ximenez, reminiscent of raisins fruits.
Mahogany color. Spices and chocolate aromas with a background of dried fruit on the palate ending with a long, delicate spicy aftertaste. Exceptional alone or with ice. Differentiating element in many cocktails.
