Lustau Sherry Light Manzanilla Solera Reserva Papirusa
Aged in American oak casks, in the humid and salty environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a small town located on the estuary of the river Guadalquivir.
There’s a rich intensity to the scent of this Manzanilla, like the aroma of a broth made of lobster shells, penetrating nose of salty brined nuts intermixed with crisp fruit, terrific acidity and intense, powerful flavors.
The taste is packed with powerful flavors, salt-crusted as the side of a lobster boat, bearing fresh clams and mussels as well. There’s also a spicines that lasts, like the flavor of a fresh salted almond. Remarkably complex. Great with fresh nuts or a lobster bisque.
