This Palo Cortado combines the finesse and delicacy of an Amontillado with the richness and boy of an Oloroso. Aged 12 years in Jerez de la Frontera in the cellar of the Empress Eugenia. An extremely versatile wine.
Light amber in color. Nutty and dry with nuances of vanilla, mocha and dark chocolate. Dry and concentrated, this wine has a long and elegant finish. Serve at 13 – 14 ° C. Perfect with white meats, spicy dishes, smoked meats, foie gras, mushrooms, cheeses and spicy Asian cuisine.
