Our Sauvignon Blanc is both stunning in its freshness and detail of aromas and flavors. Complex aromas of lime peel, acacia blossom, candied guava and mineral marry nicely in the glass. The entry is bright, yet soft and very inviting. On the palate, cleansing citrus acidity gives the wine focus while a kiss of summer-ripened green honeydew melon carries itself to the round and energetic finish.
