Miles 5 Year Old Rich underwent fermentation on the skins with natural yeast at between 24 ? – 26 ? | 75.2 – 78.8 ? in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. After approximately 3 – 4 days, fortification with grape spirit takes place, arresting fermentation at the desired degree of sweetness.
