Salasar Cremant de Limoux BRUT

This Cremant de Limoux is made using traditional methods and matures for a minimum of 15 months. The effervescence is fine and well-formed and its notes of honey and hawthorn make it ideal. Pairs well with shellfish, lean fish, poultry, and appetizers. Serve at 6°C on it’s own or in a cocktail.
