San Roman, Garnacha, Toro

Garnacha San Román is sourced in Toro and was partially fermented with stems. Garnet in color. The herbal nose also features black tea, dried flowers and sour cherry over a tutti-frutti note. Dry and compact on the palate, the fairly unctuous mouthfeel is lifted by a juicy flow. This is a delicate and flavorful red.
