Decanter
In the style of a Northern white Rhône, Viognier leads the way, showing lush sweetness. Honeyed on the aromatic profile with sweet apricot flesh, honeysuckle nectar and a streak of crushed chalk minerality. The palate is rich but brightly balanced with fresh acidity, Meyer lemon, citrus peel and a finish of sweet melon.

The nose is a beautiful combination of floral, breezy, honeyed and ripe, with ripe but focused orchard fruit aromas mingling with those of white flowers and wild herbs. The palate echoes this balance with lovely concentration and power braced with streaks of bright, chiseled precision.

Vinous
Sweet herbs unveil crushed green apples and lime further enhanced by hints of fennel as the 2023 Côtes de Tablas Blanc slowly evolves in the glass. This is elegant and supple with juicy acidity to balance and a salty sensation that comes forward with time. The 2023 cleans up beautifully, refreshing the crispy palate with a reverberation of mineral tension and the slightest hint of sour melon.
