Very subtle greenish yellow color, notes of asparagus, rue, pink grapefruit, with subtle mineral notes.  On the palate, good attack, marked acidity and prolonged finish, emphasizing the typical notes of the variety.  Ideal as an apertif or to accompany seafood, fish and salads.
