The Carillon family has been making wine in Puligny Montrachet in Burgundy since the 16th century. The logo they use to this day has been in existence since then, it was found on an engraved stone in 1632 in a cave of the village. The wines of Carillon have been for years in the elite of the great white wines of Burgundy. Dubbed by the critics and by prestigious restaurants as high quality, Domaine Carillon produces white wines which are racy, elegant and fruity while embodying perfectly the terroir whose Chardonnays come from.

89pts International Wine Report– 2017 vintage

“The Aligote Bourgogne shows off a silly texture with lovely melon and lime zest on the palate. Loaded with minerals, this bright and forward style wine is fantastic in its
youth. Enjoy this with fresh oysters.”

92pts Wine Review Online.com– 2017 vintage

“…very alluring topnotes of grilled nuts and oak spice, which in turn show that Chardonnay didn’t monopolize all of the good, new-ish barrels in this excellent cellar. The fruit is
medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, with ripe stone fruit flavors edged with zesty citrus acidity. Quite expressive and very pure regardless of the wood influence, this is straight-up delicious, and at $27, an indisputable bargain.
