Harmonious, raced and elegant, this wine has a deep ruby color. You may get some red fruit aromas (cherry, black currant) in its youth, and with age you will enjoy undergrowth flavor. This wine is perfect with duck, or with meats roasted or in sauce and with fine cheese like Reblochon, Comté, Brillat-Savarin.
