The Sauvignon of the Comm. G. B. Burlotto winery, produced with 100% of Sauvignon grapes grown in the Verduno area, shows an intense straw-yellow color with green reflections. The nose is fresh and vibrant, fruity and vegetal, with notes of grapefruit, green pepper and orange. The taste refined, elegant and soft, with a good persistence. Served chilled, it is perfect to drink with rice salads, fish courses such as sea bass in foil and sea gurnard in the oven.
