From a south-facing, 1.4-hectare plot with 55-year-old vines on clayey limestone soils, the 2014 Sancerre Les Paradis is very bright and clear on the nose, displays spicy white and green fruit aromas and lemony flavors. The wine was fermented in conical wooden vats and in oval casks and aged on the fine lees for ten months before it was stored for another six months in vats.
