I usually give prosecco a shrug; it’s pleasant enough but nothing special. This one, however, offers bright red-fruit flavors with an embracing touch of citrus. It’s a tremendous value, and the Homer Simpson reference (“d’O”) adds levity. Alcohol by volume: 12.5 percent. (12/15)
