FOR THE 2018 VINTAGE
Deep pink. Liqueur-like red cherry, pink grapefruit, vanilla and cinnamon on the nose and in the mouth. Dense and thick, with a suave mouthfeel, this is a rather huge Rosato that finishes long with hints of residual sugar buffering an emerging peppery bite. This can easily stand up to veal and other white meat dishes.
