Vintage

An unusual blend of Garnacha and Monastrell from a single vineyard, fermented for 6 months and aged in 10+ year-old barrels for 9 months. Aromas of watermelon, choke cherries, cinnamon, slate, and rose petals wash onto the palate of raspberry and dark, wild herbs, spicy rose, and soft, rosey cherry.

92pts The Wine Advocate– 2014 vintage

FOR THE 2014 VINTAGE
The 2014 Partida Pedrer is a fragrant rosé, a direct pressing of Garnacha and Monastrell fermented in old oak barrels where it fermented slowly, and was bottled without any sulphites added. There are some medicinal aromas combined with the more classical flowers, with volume and structure and good acidity. It has a faint bitterness in the finish and it also leaves a saline sensation. This is also a most unusual rosé. Only 630 bottles were produced.
