Boasts excellent density without weight, with its very ripe yellow peach flavor conveying a rather southern impression. One senses a bit of warmth here, which is likely due to the site’s protection from wind. Finishes chewy, firm and dry, with a touch of underripe pineapple and excellent grip and length.
