FOR THE 2016 VINTAGE
This was macerated on the skins for an entire week, which is unusual as skin maceration is rarely used in Burgundy and when it is, it’s usually only for a few hours… A notably phenolic nose (think olive oil) reflects notes of citrus, spice and apple. The succulent but racy flavors exude a subtle minerality on the clean, dry and focused finale.
