One of the most popular and versatile white wine grapes, Chardonnay offers a wide range of flavors and styles depending on where it is grown and how it is made.  Anyone who doesn’t like oaky Chardonnay would likely enjoy Chablis.

93pts Burghound– 2018 vintage

A cool and airy mix features notes of various white orchard fruit and acacia blossom aromas that are laced with subtle hints of exotic tea and citrus rind. There is a bit more volume to the round and dense medium-bodied flavors that coat the palate on the caressing and solidly long mineral-inflected finish. This needs to develop more depth but it should do that over time.

92pts Wine Advocate– 2018vintage

Aromas of candied citrus peal, orange oil, warm pastry and green mango introduce the 2018 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Gain, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping wine that’s succulent and fleshy, concluding with a delicately exotic finish.
