91pts The Wine Advocate– 2016 vintage

FOR THE 2016 VINTAGE
The entry-level red, the 2016 Serras del Priorat is a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon where they want to show the freshness of the fruit. It fermented with part of the stems put back in with selected yeasts and temperature control. It matured in used French oak barrels for seven months. The juiciness and freshness are quite impressive, and the wine shows youth but is serious, with hints of complexity and subtleness and a very balanced mouthfeel. Really delicious. 15,128 bottles were filled in June 2017.

90pts James Suckling– 2017 vintage

FOR THE 2017 VINTAGE
A big blast of blackberries and cherries. Full body, but plenty of freshness underlined by some supple tannins and a hint of something sappy on the clean finish. A blend of garnacha with carignan, syrah and cabernet sauvignon. Drink now.
