Bright straw with a frothy mousse. Zesty lemon and kiwi scents and an exotic note of mustard seed on the fresh nose. A suave, silky bubbly that possesses deep orchard and tropical fruit flavors and a slow-building red fruit quality. This is strikingly supple, with very good finishing lift and clarity. 88pts Vinous – Antonio Galloni – 2016 vintage

Green-tinged yellow. Ripe citrus fruits, melon, green almond and white flowers on the nose. Clean and racy in style, with good lift and cut to its Meyer lemon and green apple flavors. Closes taut and dry, echoing bitter apple skin and building spiciness in the glass. This Cava was aged on its lees for 18 months before disgorgment. (1/21/16)
