Cabernet Franc seems to be sprouting like crazy in the Valle de Uco, and there’s also a 2017 Cabernet Franc here. It’s produced in a fresh, young and varietal way with plenty of herbal and spicy notes and a polished mouthfeel. It’s bottled unoaked and with good acidity. 4,500 bottles produced.
