FOR THE 2017 VINTAGE
Offering up notions of yellow orchard fruits, fresh mint, spices and honeycomb, the 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Encégnières is medium-bodied, with an elegantly textural attack, juicy acids and chewy dry extract, concluding with a long, crisp finish. It’s an excellent Chassagne from a lieu-dit located on the deep soils below Bâtard-Montrachet!
