Based entirely on 2014, the NV Brut is a blend of 50/50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, both planted in cooler plots (east respectively north-facing) and assembled on the press. Aged on the lees for 18 months with a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter, this is a highly delicate, pure and finessed Crémant with a beautifully clear red-fruit aroma on the nose along with delicate yeasty flavors. The wine is light and finessed and finishes with nice purity and a mineral grip. This is an excellent value for the money.
