Huckleberry, hibiscus tea and dried cherry on the nose evolve to deeper notes of forest floor and charcuterie. Tannins are smooth and sweet on the palate, with acidity, savory and hickory building to the finish of equal parts fruit, earth, and wood. An opulent Pinot with luxuriant mouthfeel and weight.

90+pts The Wine Advocate– 2012 vintage

FOR THE 2012 VINTAGE
More tightly knit with a dark color, the 2012 Pinot Noir Manchester Ridge Vineyard reveals blue fruits and raspberries, but not the complexity of the DuNah. Nevertheless, there is a lot going on in this concentrated, well-balanced Pinot. Give it another 6-12 months of bottle age and drink it over the following 5-7 years.

93pts Vinous – Antonio Galloni– 2013 vintage

FOR THE VINTAGE 2013
The 2013 Pinot Noir Manchester Ridge Vineyard is intensely lifted and aromatic. Blood orange and a host of citrus-inflected notes add brightness to the red cherry and cranberry flavors. Deep and pliant, yet also light on its feet, the Manchester Ridge is another wine full of personality. Bright saline notes give the wine much of its energy.

94pts Wine Enthusiast– 2013 vintage

FOR THE 2013 VINTAGE
Exotic yet classic aromas and generous, complex flavors make this medium-bodied wine very compelling. Black-tea leaves, black cherry, clove and mint are a few of the nuances that flood the palate, and the lush viscosity allows them to linger on the finish.
